The attractive coastal town of Paignton in Devon is where you will find the charming Jacaranda Hotel. This private family owned and run hotel is always welcoming and convivial. The owners Amanda and Barry greet guests with great Devon cheer, and see them leave as friends. The hotel is always very popular, as it is just a hop and a skip from the seashore, and perfect for families.

Getting to and from the hotel is very easy, as the centre of town with buses, coaches and trains is just a three minute stroll away, or a short taxi ride. Limited private off street parking is available by request.

The Jacaranda is a licensed hotel with a great well stocked in house bar, and a lovely guest lounge, so you can have a relaxing evening in with the family after a busy day exploring.

All the rooms at the Jacaranda are centrally heated for your comfort, and most are also en-suite. They are all well equipped with a TV, a complementary selection of hot beverages, a hairdryer, toiletries and fluffy towels. They are all spacious, and there are even family rooms. Guests have the use of ironing facilities, which are available on request.

There is a great breakfast selection with a choice of full English breakfast, or vegetarian breakfast, plus eggs, cooked to your exact requirements, or beans on toast. If you are out and about on the beach or exploring the town and local area, you will be delighted to note that packed lunches are available, as are evening meals, each night except Sunday. There is also a special vegetarian menu available for guests.

There are plenty of things to see and do in the local area including bowling, a model village, Crealy Adventure Park, the Golden Hind, Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway, Paignton Zoo, Plymouth Aquarium, and wreck and reef fishing for the more adventurous.
